In brief

StockFactsheet is a numbers-first stock research site covering 26 US and 9 GCC-listed companies. We publish fundamentals from SEC filings and issuers' own financial statements, show how every number was calculated, and do not publish our own price data, ratings or recommendations. Coverage is counted on 7 Oct 2026, and OffScriptBySami signs off every page before publication.

Who is behind StockFactsheet

OffScriptBySami

Founder and editor, StockFactsheet

I'm OffScriptBySami, the founder and only editor of StockFactsheet. StockFactsheet exists to make company filings easy to read: the numbers, where each one comes from and how it is calculated, without tips, ratings or price targets.

I choose which companies we cover and sign off every page, including every corrected page, before it is published. Each page prints the date I signed it off.

What we publish

We cover a selected list of companies listed on NYSE and Nasdaq, in English only. Being covered is not a view on the company. We store no prices, so no company page shows a P/E ratio, dividend yield or market cap.

We also cover a selected list of companies listed on DFM, ADX and Tadawul.

The main page types:

  • Company hub. Key figures with their period, written analysis and the filings behind its tables and key facts.
  • Financial statements. Income statement, balance sheet and cash flow, annual and quarterly.
  • Articles. Explanations of what a company reported and said in its results, each figure tied to its source.
  • Learn pages. Definitions with a formula and a worked example, such as free cash flow and operating margin. The example comes from a covered company's own statements where we publish the measure, and from a fictional company where we do not.

The directory of covered companies shows each company's exchange, sector and the latest period its figures cover.

How we work

Imported US figures come from SEC filings: Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 10-KT, with their amendments. A company hub may also quote a figure exactly as a cited SEC filing or company release states it. Code calculates every derived figure, and our methodology explains how.

GCC figures are keyed from each issuer's own financial-statement PDF with our entry tool, with AI assistance. Before a figure shows, code checks that it is printed on its cited page, in the row with its printed label, and it must pass our fact-check step. Code also records the column and the sign, and lists any mismatch for review.

Every analysis page goes through 5 steps: import, an AI-assisted draft, checks, named sign-off, and publication with dates and sources. Code tests the imported data, and AI-assisted reviews compare the text's figures with the fact pack and check every figure quoted from a cited filing or release against that document. OffScriptBySami signs off pages in batches after the checks pass, and no page is published without that sign-off. Each step is described in our editorial policy.

We use one AI tool: Claude, made by Anthropic, which drafts the text of each analysis page from a fact pack that our code builds. Claude never invents or computes a company's figures and never recommends a security, and no page is published without OffScriptBySami's sign-off. It may also help us answer reader messages and check reported errors, as the page on how we use AI explains.

Claude also helps key the guidance an earnings release states, and code checks that each quote and value is printed in the release before it shows.

How we make money

Income comes from Google AdSense ads, once the site is approved. We take no affiliate fees, paid coverage or sponsored posts. If that changes, this page changes first. All content is free, with no accounts or paywall.

Advertisers do not influence what we write.

Ads are served by Google and are not endorsements by StockFactsheet. Each one is labelled "Advertisements" and never appears above the In brief box or on trust and legal pages.

What we are not

StockFactsheet is not a licensed investment adviser, broker or dealer, and nothing on the site is investment advice. We open no accounts and take no orders, and we publish information and make no recommendations.

We are not affiliated with NYSE, Nasdaq, Tadawul, DFM, ADX, the SEC or TradingView. The limits of what we publish are set out in the full disclaimer.

Ownership and contact

stockfactsheet.com is run by StockFactsheet. Email support@stockfactsheet.com for corrections, questions, privacy requests and business enquiries, or contact us. We aim to reply to emails and review error reports within 5 business days, Monday to Friday, UAE time.

We never silently change a published figure. Every confirmed correction goes into the corrections log with its date, what was wrong and what the page now reads.

Key facts

Coverage counts include only companies with a published page.
