We aim to reply within 5 business days (Monday to Friday, UAE time) and to review an error report within 5 business days. We fix a confirmed error and record it in the corrections log, and we never silently change a published figure.

We use what you send only to reply and to check a report. We never sell or rent it, and we never use it for ads. Your message may be processed with Claude, made by Anthropic, to help us reply and to check a reported error.

If you report an error, you can ask us to name you in the corrections log. We keep a message only as long as we need it to reply, fix the page and keep the corrections record. Cloudflare forwards your email to a Gmail mailbox, and the privacy policy names each company that handles it.
