1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of stockfactsheet.com. They also cover the CSV files offered for download on financials pages.
1.1 Who runs the site
stockfactsheet.com is run by StockFactsheet. In these terms, "we" means StockFactsheet. What we publish and how we work are described in About StockFactsheet.
1.2 No accounts
The site has no accounts, no login, no newsletter, no comments and no paywall. Nothing asks you to sign up. What personal data the site handles is set out in the privacy policy.
2. Not advice
StockFactsheet is not a licensed investment adviser, broker or dealer, and nothing on the site is investment advice. Nothing on the site takes your goals, finances or circumstances into account. Where you need advice, ask a person licensed to give it.
Every analysis page carries this notice: "For information only. StockFactsheet does not recommend buying, selling or holding any security. Figures can contain errors; always check the original filings." We publish no price targets, fair values, ratings, top picks or predictions of prices or results. Read the full disclaimer for the detail.
3. Reusing our content
You may quote a figure or table with a link back to the page. Search engines and AI answer engines that cite us with a link are covered by this. Bulk copying, republishing our dataset, or scraping the site at scale is not allowed without our written permission.
The table shows 3 common uses and the condition for each.
| What you want to do | Allowed? | Condition |
|---|---|---|
| Quote a figure or table in your own article, post or report | Yes | Link back to the page |
| Cite a page in a search result or an AI-generated answer | Yes | Show a link to the page |
| Copy figures or pages in bulk, republish our dataset or scrape the site at scale | Not without written permission | Ask us first |
To ask for written permission, email support@stockfactsheet.com or contact us. Tell us what you want to use and where it will appear.
3.1 Quoting a figure
Our figures are dated, so give the "Data as of" date with any figure you quote. Each CSV file begins with comment lines that name the source, the data-as-of date and the page address. When you quote from a CSV file, cite the page it came from. Pages with a "Cite this page" box show the format we use.
3.2 Source documents and our own work
Filings, issuers' financial statements and press releases are the companies' own documents, and we do not claim to own them. They are public: SEC EDGAR publishes the US filings.
Each GCC issuer publishes its financial statements on, or links them from, its investor-relations site.
We keep the rights we have in our own text, tables and derived figures.
4. Third-party content
4.1 Links and news
Each analysis page links to the filings behind its tables and key facts. Where a page cites a news story, it shows the headline, publisher, date and link only, and we do not copy or rewrite the article. We do not control other sites, and their content and terms are their own.
GCC company pages link to each issuer's own financial statements.
Where a page cites an event, it links the 8-K filing or the company's press release.
4.2 Ads
Ads served by Google are labelled "Advertisements" and never appear on trust or legal pages such as this one. Ads are served by Google and are not endorsements by StockFactsheet.
5. Accuracy and corrections
US figures come from SEC filings. Pages that show figures state the period the figures run to ("Data as of") and the date we last updated the page ("Updated"). How each figure is sourced and calculated is set out in our methodology.
GCC figures are keyed from each issuer's own financial-statement PDF with our entry tool, with AI assistance. Code checks that each figure is printed on its cited page, in the row with its printed label, and each figure must pass our fact-check step before it shows. Code also records the column and the sign, and lists any mismatch for review.
Figures can contain errors, so check the original filing before you rely on one. Claude, made by Anthropic, drafts the text of each analysis page from a fact pack that code builds, and code computes every derived figure. On a company hub, the text may also quote a figure exactly as a cited filing or release states it. OffScriptBySami signs off every page before it is published, in batches, after our automated checks and AI-assisted review pass.
5.1 Out-of-date pages
We refresh the data when we run our import; there is no fixed schedule. When a company files new results, the page can show an "Update pending" notice until the new figures are imported and the page is signed off again. New financial-statement figures never go live without that sign-off.
5.2 Reporting an error
To report a mistake, email support@stockfactsheet.com or contact us with the page, the figure and your source. We aim to review an error report within 5 business days (Monday to Friday, UAE time). We fix a confirmed error and record it in the corrections log with the date fixed, what was wrong and what it now reads. We never silently change a published figure.
If you report an error by email, you can ask us to name you in the corrections log. Log entries keep a reference number, not your contact details. We do not delete log entries. The only later change is removing a reader's name if they withdraw credit.
6. Errors and availability
6.1 Errors
The site is free to read. It reports information from public documents, figures can contain errors, and we show our sources so you can check them.
6.2 Availability
Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site, and a Supabase database stores our figures and page text. Cloudflare is a service run by another company, so the site can be slow or unavailable at times. We may also change or remove pages.
7. Trademarks; no affiliation with the exchanges
Company, exchange and service names on the site belong to their owners. We use them only to say which company, market or service we mean, and the site does not use company logos. StockFactsheet is not a broker, not an adviser, and not affiliated with NYSE, Nasdaq, Tadawul, DFM, ADX, the SEC or TradingView. You may not use the StockFactsheet name to suggest that we endorse, sponsor or work with you or your product.
8. Changes
We may change these terms. The version number and dates at the top of this page show which version you are reading, and the history at the end lists each change. The site has no accounts or newsletter, so we cannot notify you directly.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms? Email support@stockfactsheet.com or contact us. The same address takes error reports, requests about personal data, requests to reuse our content and business enquiries. We aim to reply within 5 business days.
