In brief

StockFactsheet aims to review an error report sent to support@stockfactsheet.com within 5 business days. A confirmed fix goes live with its log entry, which shows the old and new wording. This log started on 4 Oct 2026 and lists every correction and clarification. We do not delete log entries, and we never silently change a published figure.

Report an error

No corrections yet. The log started on . When we correct a published figure, it appears here once the corrected page is live.

How we handle corrections

Each log entry shows the date fixed, the page, what was wrong and what it now reads. It also shows the type, and whether a reader or our checks found the error. We do not delete log entries. The only later change is removing a reader's name if they withdraw credit.

What counts as a correction

The log has 2 types of entry:

  • Correction: a published figure or statement was wrong.
  • Clarification: we made the wording clearer and no figure changed.

Routine data refreshes and editorial updates are not logged here. They appear in each page's update history, and our editorial policy explains the difference.

Errors we catch before publication are not logged. The log covers any published figure or statement, including text drafted with AI assistance.

What we do

For each error report, we check the figure or statement it names against its source document. Claude, made by Anthropic, may help us read and check a report (see how we use AI). OffScriptBySami, the editor, handles corrections and signs off each corrected page before it goes live.

We aim to review an error report and reply to your email within 5 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, UAE time. We fix a confirmed error and log it here.

Every fix gets an entry in this log and in the page's update history. Both go live with the corrected page, and that day is the date fixed.

The "Median days to fix" tile counts calendar days from when we received or found the error to when the fix went live. It shows once the log has 3 entries.

How to report an error

Email support@stockfactsheet.com with the page address, the figure or statement you think is wrong, what it should say and your source. The log never shows your email address or contact details. You can contact us at the same address about anything else.

If you report an error, you can ask us to name you in the corrections log. You can withdraw that credit later.

Check the figure against the source document first. A figure marked D is our calculation from reported figures and follows our methodology, so it can differ from a number printed elsewhere.
