In brief

StockFactsheet covers 26 companies listed on NYSE and Nasdaq. Each company page shows fundamentals from its SEC Forms 10-K and 10-Q; the newest figure is as of 31 Aug 2026, and each table row gives its own. We store no prices, so no company figure is price-based.

The tables list companies by exchange and sector, never by rank

StockFactsheet's coverage tables list the NYSE and Nasdaq companies it covers, grouped by exchange and then by sector. Within a sector, companies are in alphabetical order, so a row's position is not a measure of size, quality or outlook. Each row names the period its figures cover and links to that company's page.

The Latest period covered column gives the fiscal period of the newest periodic report (a Form 10-K or 10-Q, or an amendment or transition report) behind a company's figures, with the date it ended. Companies end their fiscal years in different months, so two rows can show periods that ended months apart.

The coverage is a selection, not every listed company, and a company appears once its hub page is published. Companies that file Form 20-F or 40-F instead of Form 10-K are not covered. Being in a table is not a view on a company, and being absent is not one either. The A to Z directory lists every covered company in one table.

Each covered company has a hub page, and a financial statements page where one is published

A company's hub page gives key facts, a fundamentals profile and written sections specific to that company. It lists the filings behind its tables, key facts and profile rows. Where its financial statements page is published, it holds the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow tables, annual and quarterly, with each period column header linked to its filing.

The Financials column in the coverage tables links to that page, or shows a dash until it is published. For most companies, the fundamentals profile sets revenue growth, operating margin, net debt to EBITDA and free cash flow margin against a named comparator, today the company's own last five fiscal years. It shows dividend history as a count of consecutive years of cash dividends, with no comparison, and never combines its rows into a total or a ranking. A letter beside a figure says how it was made: D for one we derived, R for one a later filing restated, and A for one adjusted for a stock split. The notes under each table explain each one.

StockFactsheet's learn pages on filings and finance terms explain how to read a Form 10-K and a Form 10-Q, the two filings most figures come from. Each term page gives a formula and a worked example.

Figures come from SEC filings, with no prices and no advice

Statement figures for US companies come from their own Forms 10-K and 10-Q, which our import script reads from SEC EDGAR. Code calculates every derived figure, such as free cash flow. We give no advice, and we publish no ratings or recommendations.

A company files a Form 10-K for its fiscal year and a Form 10-Q for each of the first three fiscal quarters of the year. A company page can show an Update pending notice once our import sees a newer report, until the new figures are imported, checked and published. When a company page moves to a newer report, its row and its table's Data as of date change, and this page's Updated date and update history record that change. Our methodology sets out how we import SEC figures.

We describe and compare figures, and we do not judge one company against another. Our editorial policy lists what we never publish, and how we use AI sets out what AI does and never does, and what a person does.

How we got these numbers

The coverage tables list every company whose StockFactsheet company page is signed off and published, by exchange and sector. Their counts, dates and periods come from those pages each time the site is built.
