The full text below applies.
1. Information only
StockFactsheet publishes figures and plain descriptions for a selected list of companies listed on NYSE and Nasdaq.
It also covers a selected list of companies listed on DFM, ADX and Tadawul.
Nothing on the site is an offer or invitation to deal in any security. The site is for information only, not investment advice, and it does not take your situation into account.
Every analysis page carries this line: "For information only. StockFactsheet does not recommend buying, selling or holding any security. Figures can contain errors; always check the original filings."
The site takes no orders and has no accounts. Rules for using it are in the terms of use.
2. No recommendation; not a licensed adviser
StockFactsheet is not a licensed investment adviser, broker or dealer, and nothing on the site is investment advice. We give no recommendation to deal in any security and no personal advice of any kind. We do not say whether a company is a good or a poor investment, and we do not predict prices.
3. No valuation verdicts
We publish no price targets, fair values, ratings or recommendations. We do not call any company undervalued or overvalued.
4. Data sources and accuracy
4.1 US figures
Imported US figures come from SEC EDGAR filings: Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 10-KT and their amendments. A company hub may also quote a figure exactly as a cited SEC filing or company release states it. We do not use exchange websites or data aggregators as a source of financial-statement figures. How we import and calculate these figures is in our methodology.
Where a page cites an event, it links the 8-K filing or the company's press release.
4.2 GCC figures
GCC figures are keyed from each issuer's own financial-statement PDF with our entry tool, with AI assistance. Code then checks that each figure is printed on its cited page, in the row with its printed label, and each figure must pass our fact-check step before it shows. Code also records the column and the sign, and lists any mismatch for review.
4.3 If a figure is wrong
We aim to review an error report within 5 business days, Monday to Friday, UAE time. We fix a confirmed error and record it in the corrections log, with the date fixed, what was wrong and what the page now reads. We never silently change a published figure.
5. Prices are not our data
StockFactsheet stores no share prices and publishes no price data of its own. So we publish no P/E, P/B, P/S, EV/EBITDA, PEG, dividend yield, market capitalisation, returns or 52-week range.
6. AI assistance
We use Claude, made by Anthropic, to draft the text of each analysis page from a fact pack our code builds. The draft uses the pack's figures and, on a company hub, may also quote a figure exactly as a cited filing or release states it. Figures come from filings and issuers' own statements, and code computes every figure we derive from them. AI never invents or computes a company's figures, picks winners or recommends, and no page is published without OffScriptBySami's sign-off.
Claude also helps key GCC figures from issuers' PDFs, and code checks each one against the PDF's own text before it shows.
Claude also helps key the guidance an earnings release states, and code checks that each quote and value is printed in the release before it shows.
Code checks the imported data and checks the wording against our banned-word list. AI-assisted review passes compare the figures in the text with the fact pack and check every figure quoted from a cited filing or release against that document. OffScriptBySami, the founder and editor, signs off every page, in batches, after these checks pass. Each analysis page names the editor who signed it off and the date, and every page links to our AI-use disclosure from its footer.
Claude may also help us read and answer reader messages and check reported errors. See how we use AI and our editorial policy.
7. Past figures do not predict the future
Every figure we calculate, and every statement figure we take from a filing, describes a period or date that has already passed. A 3-year compound annual growth rate (CAGR), or a margin for the trailing 12 months (TTM) to 30 Jun 2026, records what happened and does not show what comes next. Security prices can fall as well as rise, and company results can change after a page is published.
The estimated results dates on the Home page look ahead, so they are an exception. Each is the date of the same quarter's results a year earlier, plus 52 weeks. It is not a date the company has announced, and the actual date can differ.
The guidance an earnings recap shows is an exception too. It is what the company states in its earnings release about a period that has not ended. It is the company's own statement, not our forecast, and actual results can differ.
8. Advertising and payments
Income comes from Google AdSense ads, once the site is approved. We take no affiliate fees, paid coverage or sponsored posts. If that changes, this page changes first.
Ads are labelled "Advertisements" and never appear above the In brief box on analysis pages, or on trust or legal pages such as this one. Ads are served by Google and are not endorsements by StockFactsheet. Some ads may promote financial products or firms. Check that a firm is licensed by your regulator before dealing with it.
9. Consult a licensed adviser
A decision about a security depends on your goals, finances, tax position and the risk you can accept. StockFactsheet knows none of these. A licensed adviser in the place where you live can look at them with you.
Before acting on any figure here, check it against the company's own filing. Each analysis page lists the filings behind its tables and key facts under "Sources and data".
10. Contact
For questions about this page, or to report a figure you think is wrong, email support@stockfactsheet.com or contact us. We aim to reply within 5 business days. How the site handles personal data is in the privacy policy.
