1 The bank's own subtotal, which includes net income from Islamic financing; its statements also print a separate, lower line named net interest income.

Totals may not add up because of rounding.

Arrows show direction of change only, not whether a change is good or bad.

Net interest income was AED 3,733 million in Q2 2026 and AED 3,738 million in Q1 2026. In Q2 2025 it was AED 3,655 million. Net interest income here is ADCB's subtotal that also takes in its Islamic financing and investing products, so it sits above the bank's separate net interest income line. Non-interest income, our sum of the printed lines, was AED 2,314 million in Q2 2026 against AED 2,074 million in Q2 2025.

ADCB's cost-to-income ratio, our calculation, was 28.0% in Q2 2026, 25.6% in Q1 2026, 26.4% in Q2 2025 and 29.2% in Q1 2025. Net profit was AED 2.45 billion in Q1 2025, AED 2.57 billion in Q2 2025 and AED 3.36 billion in Q1 2026. The dataset holds these four quarters only. The ADCB financial statements page adds impairment charges and operating expenses for each.

How did ADCB's net loans and customer deposits change between 31 Mar 2026 and 30 Jun 2026?

ADCB's net loans were AED 445 billion and its customer deposits AED 527 billion at 30 Jun 2026, per its H1 2026 interim financial statements. Its loan-to-deposit ratio, our calculation, was 84.4%. At 31 Mar 2026, loans were AED 426 billion and deposits AED 523 billion, a ratio of 81.4%.

Totals may not add up because of rounding.

Loans grew faster than deposits between the two dates, so the loan-to-deposit ratio moved up. Loans are the net line, after the allowance for credit losses, and deposits are customer deposits only. Net loans were AED 403 billion at 31 Dec 2025, as the H1 2026 statements print them.

Total assets were AED 833 billion at 30 Jun 2026, when ADCB reported a capital adequacy ratio of 16.5%. The dataset holds no balance sheet for Q1 or Q2 2025, so the page makes no comparison with those dates. The next section covers the 31 Dec 2025 loans figure, which a later report printed differently.

Which ADCB figures did a later report print differently from the first one, FY2021 to FY2025?

ADCB's FY2025 annual financial statements print FY2024 diluted earnings per share (EPS) of AED 1.17 per share, against AED 1.19 per share in its FY2024 statements. The FY2024 diluted share count moved from 7,320 million shares to 7,487 million shares between the two reports. Both lines carry the R marker.

1 Net cash from operating activities as the bank prints it; for a bank this includes the changes in its loans and customer deposits.

2 As presented in ADCB financial statements approved .

The loans line at 31 Dec 2025 was also printed twice. The FY2025 statements show net loans of AED 406 billion for that date, and the H1 2026 interim statements show AED 403 billion. The loan-to-deposit ratio at 31 Dec 2025, our calculation, uses the later figure.

Cash flow lines were printed twice for earlier years too. ADCB's FY2023 statements print FY2022 cash from operating activities of AED 32.9 billion, against AED 32.4 billion in its FY2022 statements. For FY2021, its FY2022 statements print AED 3.60 billion from operating activities and AED 10.9 billion used in investing. Its FY2021 statements first printed AED 1.45 billion and AED 8.80 billion.

Our dataset leaves out the per-share lines for FY2021 to FY2023, because a later ADCB report printed a higher share count for an earlier year. We show the latest printed value for each period, as our rules for restated figures set out. The Emirates NBD stock fundamentals page covers another UAE bank.

How we got these numbers

Every figure comes from ADCB's published financial statements. Derived values are marked D and explained below.

Full method for this page
Source documents
Interim and annual financial statements (FY2021 to Q2 2026)
Period covered
4 quarters and 5 fiscal years
Calculations
TTM = sum of the last 4 quarters. Q4 = fiscal year minus the nine-month YTD. Operating income = net interest income + non-interest income. Cost-to-income = operating expenses ÷ operating income (our calculation). CAGR = compound annual growth over three fiscal years.
Restatements
Restated or reclassified figures carry the R marker; its footnote gives the originally reported value.
Comparator
Each profile row compares the current value with ADCB's own last five fiscal years, FY2021 to FY2025: the median of those five years and their range, from the lowest to the highest. A current value outside that range is drawn just past the end of the strip. Fewer than 5 covered peers exist, so there is no sector median yet.
Currency
As reported (AED); no FX conversion.
Re-keying
Figures keyed from the issuer's published statements (PDF) with our entry tool, then checked by code against the PDF's own text (the figure on its cited page, in the row with its printed label) and by our fact-check step. The column and the sign are recorded, and lists any mismatch for review.
